Class A RV question(s)?

Greetings-

Looking into getting a Class A RV for our family. I am in PA, if that matters on any of these–>

– Does one need to obtain a different class of license (example: Class C for most vehicles, Class M for motorcycle, etc.) in order to operate a Class A motorhome?

– Do local RV dealers usually offer a “RV for Dummies”-type class for beginners to the lifestyle?

Thanks to any and all answers. We are not dead-set on this, but are currently researching.
